Merrywood, the famed Georgian-style mansion outside Washington, D.C. where Jackie Kennedy Onassis lived as a child, has hit the market asking $49,5 million.

Located in McLean, Virginia, Merrywood has been called home by Jackie O., Gore Vidal, and Nancy and Wyatt Dickerson. But it is currently owned by America Online co-founder Steve Case, who is finally letting it go, according to Curbed.

Built in 1919, the four-story, 23,000-square-foot mansion has been renovated many times over the years, but it still maintains much of its original ornate plaster moldings. It boasts nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a formal dining and a wine cellar.

Outside the estate boasts seven acres of private land on the banks of the Potomac River and rolling lawns, formal gardens, a swimming pool, tennis court, and a pavilion with indoor lap pool, gym, and changing rooms.
