The compound that belonged to telecommunications mogul Donald Pels and his widow Wendy Keys found a buyer last week, selling for $12.2 million, the New York Post reported. The 5.1-acre spread was initially listed for $16.9 million. Spanning 5,700 square feet, the residence at 119 Dune Road contains eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
