CBRE global brokerage chairman Stephen Siegel increased his holdings on Shaw Road, where he now owns two homes across the street from one another. His latest purchase, at 20 Shaw Road, sits on an acre and spans 1,644 square feet. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms — a much smaller space compared to his seven-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 25 Shaw Road, which he acquired for $13.7 million in 2010. [27East]
