Hampton’s largest listing hits the market for $35M

And Summerhouse, a 23,000-square-foot spec mansion in Southampton, dethroned the 22,000-square-foot $145 million La Dune as the biggest home for sale in the Hamptons when it hit the market last week. Recently completed by Kean Development, the home at 6 Olde Town has nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, four half-baths, a chef’s kitchen, media room, library, gym, and basketball court.
