For example, if you wanted to find licensed brokers who had closed office deals in downtown Manhattan, you’d need to select “Office Leasing” from “Filter by Type” and select “All Downtown” after clicking the “Neighborhood” button under “Filter by Neighborhood.” This displays 1,637 completed deals in the Battery Park City, City Hall, Chinatown, Financial District, Seaport and Tribeca neighborhoods of Manhattan.
To further narrow down these results, use the “Filter by Size” and “Filter by Date” fields to choose a specific amount of square feet and the timeframe of the completed office lease. Using the fields at the bottom of the Deal Sheet tab or the “Filter by Keyword” field, you can find office leases from a specific office tenant, landlord, tenant brokerage, tenant broker, landlord brokerage and landlord broker.
