A downtown Stamford office complex was sold for $97 million, in the city’s largest property sale of the year so far. Stamford Towers, at 680 and 750 Washington Boulevard, and 734 Washington Boulevard were purchased by real estate investment management firm CBRE Global Investors on behalf of an entity named “SPUS8 Washington Blvd,” CTPost first reported.The seller was SL Green Realty, the largest commercial landlord in New York City. [CTPost]
