The 17-acre Rye Brook office complex at 900 King Street could soon become a 250-unit senior living facility. The plan has been proposed by Rye King Associates, which has owned the property since 1999. The Port Chester-based developer applied to the Village Board of Trustees for zoning changes and for demolition of the nearly vacant office complex, which today lists only Greenwich Hospital LLC as a tenant, LoHud reported. A 2017 assessment put the property’s value at $15 million. [Lohud]
