We can’t imagine even Blair Waldorf herself could find fault with this cond-op apartment at 995 Fifth Avenue, which just hit the market this morning.

It is actually comprised of two units — 11S and 11N — which are being offered for $21.5 million and $8.25 million, respectively. One of the listing’s brokers, Chris Kann of Corcoran, confirmed that the two apartments would also be offered as a combination unit for $29.75 million later today.

The current owners of the units are Matthew and Monika McLennan, who paid $14.4 million for the southern unit in 2008, and $11.3 million for the northern unit in 2012. They then took some of the northern unit and added it to the southern one, allowing the southern one to have a building-length view of the park (and a building-length master suite in the back). Kann notes that it would be extremely easy to combine the units into one mega-unit, which would allow the owner to have a private elevator landing.

In total, the units offer more than 8,500 square feet of space, with seven bedrooms and more than seven bathrooms. 10 windows face the park (and the Metropolitan Museum of Art) from the expansive 57-foot living room.

Matthew McLennan is a portfolio manager at First Eagle Investment, his wife Monika is a socialite and philanthropist.
