Median home prices in Seattle and the Northwest jump 20 percent

A July report from Northwest Multiple Listing Service indicated that the median home price in some parts of the region jumped as much as 20 percent in July. The average home price increased about 9 percent according to the data taken from 23 counties in and around the state of Washington.
