After a slow summer, September will pick right back up after the holiday weekend. Join the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York (YMWREA) on Wednesday, Sept. 13 from noon to 2 p.m. at the University Club, 1 West 54th Street for its September luncheon. Also in September, check out Bisnow’s NY Affordable Housing event on Wednesday, Sept. 19 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Signature Theater, at 480 West 42nd Street. Learn about the reinstatement of the 421a tax abatement, and the impact on affordable housing. Adam Weinstein, president and CEO of Phipps Houses, will lead the discussion.
