Jon Moynihan, a famed British venture capitalist and prominent voice in the pro-Brexit movement, has just listed his longtime townhouse in Chelsea at 483 West 22nd Street for $9.9 million.

Moynihan bought the home in 1985 with his wife Patricia Underwood, a hat designer. The property’s listing broker, Dexter Guerrieri of Vandenberg, declined to comment on why Moynihan and Underwood are selling the home, but noted it is located on “the perfect block on Chelsea” due to its location across the street from Clement Clarke Moore Park.
