Before it fades away completely, let’s remember the highs and lows of summer 2017, where the total value of all New York City sales listings for July and August came to $78.8 billion. Based on data compiled for July and August by StreetEasy, these are the listings New Yorkers could not get enough of.

The most expensive listing
$43.95 million four bedroom Midtown condo

This 6,500-square-foot condo with its private elevator and Peruvian gold wall finishes spans an entire floor of the Jean Nouvel-designed Moma Tower. It features interiors designed by Thierry Despont, with a master suite, gym, laundry room and marble countertops. The Corcoran Group is leading sales at the building.

Least expensive listing
$49,900 one-bedroom co-op in the Bronx

With a washer and dryer, the 800-square-foot co-op unit was the lowest priced offering to hit the market this summer. Paul Sylvester of Weichert Realtors House & Home has the listing.

The ones people most obsessed over

These are the listings that were saved hundreds of times by people on StreetEasy. Whether it was for their features, location or bargain prices, these are the homes New Yorkers were coveting.

246 Quincy Street #C
The Clinton Hill and Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn two-bedroom triplex condo listed for $999,999

Saved more than 250 times, this condo had all the essentials plus a private rooftop terrace. It is listed by Corcoran agents Jelena Zurilo and Lara Nangle.

11 Sterling Place #2F
The two-bedroom condo listed for $975,000 in Park Slope

Who can resist those built-in bookshelves or the fact this condo is a corner unit? Over 500 people saved this listing by agent Judith Lief at Corcoran. It went under contract at listing price.
