Spitzer’s secret squeeze is an NYC property manager

Eliot Spitzer has a new lady in his life, and what do you know? She’s a real estate bigshot!

According to the New York Post’s Richard Johnson, Spitzer’s new girlfriend is none other than Roxana Girand, the founder of the property management firm Sebastian Capital.

“[Spitzer and Girand] both love real estate, and they both love New York,” a source told the Johnson. “This is a serious relationship.”

According to Sebastian Capital’s website, the firm leases and manages 3.5 million square feet of commercial and residential space in New York, and specializes in helping “Latin American families with real estate assets in the US market.”

Spitzer’s last reported relationship was with Mayor Bill de Blasio’s former spokeswoman Lis Smith. They reportedly broke up after she learned he was being blackmailed by a Russian prostitute.

Perhaps this new relationship will be stronger. According to Johnson, spies said Spitzer and Girand were “kissing and holding hands” on a double date they went on in July in Nobu 57. “They were there a good 2½ hours, and he carried her Hermès bag as they left.” [NYP]
