Staff changes: new regional VP at Elliman, new Westhampton director for Corcoran

Douglas Elliman announced that Carl Benincasa will be the regional vice president of sales for the Hamptons. Benincasa had been an assistant town attorney for Southampton Town. The Corcoran Group, meanwhile, said Joseph Salvi, a real estate attorney, will be the managing director of its Southampton office.
