Join the Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREPA) on Sept. 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Herrick, Feinstein, at 2 Park Avenue for its Distinguished Guest Speaker Event. The event will be headed by George Xu, the head of Century Development Group. Xu will chat about his experience in the Queens and projects under development.

Also on Sept. 19, REDinNYC is hosting its “Real Estate Developers, Investors and Family Offices Networking Event” at the Dream Downtown PHD Rooftop, at 355 West 16th Street from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Upwards of 600 real estate executives will be in attendance, and The Real Deal’s very own Hiten Samtani will conduct the “Fireside Chat” interview alongside Morris Moinian of Fortuna Realty Group.

Lastly, the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Greater New York Chapter is holding its monthly luncheon on Sept. 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Union League Club, 38 East 37th Street. Jonathan Rose, president of Jonathan Rose Companies, will discuss his recent book, “The Well Tempered City,” at the gathering.
