First look: Apple’s new glass box at the GM Building

The store will reopen in late 2018

Amid the launch of the iPhone X last week, Apple made another announcement about its Fifth Avenue store’s glass box, which disappeared this spring.

Apple’s head of retail Angela Ahrendts told the crowd gathered that the glass box is coming back — new and improved — by late 2018, according to Business Insider. She presented a new rendering of what the box will look like when it reopens:
