The top NYC real estate events next week

On Tuesday, Sept. 26 from noon to 2 p.m. Crain’s will present a luncheon to honor its “50 Most Powerful Women” in New York at Cipriani at 110 East 42nd Street. Deputy Mayor Alicia Glen, Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s chief of staff Melissa DeRosa, Cathy Engelbert of Deloitte, Dr. Laura Forese of New York-Presbyterian and Sheena Wright of United Way New York will speak at the event.

The following day, Wednesday, Sept. 27, CoreNet Global’s New York chapter is hosting the event “Setting the Table: The Transforming Power of Hospitality in Business” from 5:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt, 109 East 42nd Street. Union Square Hospitality Group’s founder and CEO, Danny Meyer, will speak at the event about how he has grown his organization and his experience in hospitality.
