Beyoncé and Jay Z are in the home-buying groove. The couple dropped $25.9 million for a secluded mansion in East Hampton, near the very desirable Georgia Pond, according to Business Insider. Their new 12,000-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and a guesthouse with two bedrooms and 200 feet of waterfront on Georgica Pond. Architect Stanford White designed the nearly century-old house. The Hamptons purchase comes two months after the powerhouse duo, who have new twins and daughter Blue Ivy, bought an $88 million, two-acre estate in Los Angeles. [Business Insider]
