WATCH: The Woolworth Building’s “Pinnacle” penthouse hits the market for $110M

The unit is bare, with the option to customize the number of bedrooms and bathrooms

The 9,710-square-foot, unfinished penthouse atop the Woolworth Building hit the market last week for $110 million. At that price, it could break the downtown sales record, currently held by a $50.9 million penthouse at Walker Tower.
