Several real estate tech events are happening next week.

Brush up on your crypto-currency trends and check out the International Blockchain Real Estate Association (IBREA)’s real estate conference on Oct. 10 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Hogan Lovells, 875 Third Avenue. Orl Perelman of ChromaWay, Leslie Gahagan of Colliers International, Ovidio Diaz Espino of Isthmus Capital, David Knowles of Stanfield Partners, among others will provide speeches. Attend for an all-day conference that mixes real estate and blockchain professionals. Complete with a panel, chairman’s address and a networking reception, it’s an event you don’t want to miss.

Also next week, join GlobeSt.com as it presents its 16th annual “RealShare New York” event on Oct. 12 from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Avenue. Speakers will share what they think investors need to know about investing and developing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
