New construction home in Southampton hits market asking $24.9M

A tricked-out 11,000-square-foot new construction home in Southampton village just hit the market for $24.9 million. The property, located at 379 Captains Neck Lane, last sold in 2007 for $7 million, according to Curbed. The home has seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms as well as an indoor pool, basketball court, and a spa with a sauna and steam room. The pool has a stunning vaulted cedar roof with a commercial dehumidification system to prevent mold and an outdoor negative edge Jacuzzi.
