Developer F.D. Rich sells Stamford apartment building for $24.5M

Bedford Hall, an 82-unit apartment building in downtown Stamford, sold for $24.5 million. Bridgeport-based Navarino Acquisitions bought the six-story building from developer F.D. Rich Co., which opened the property in 2016. Bedford Hall, at 545 Bedford Street, has a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with rents starting at $1,900 per month, the Stamford Advocate reported. F.D. Rich is keeping its other Stamford properties, including Trump Parc and Summer House. [Stamford Advocate]
