MRP Realty has purchased two warehouses in Hunts Point for about $25.6 million.

North Shore Investors sold off the pair of adjacent one-story properties at 1300 Viele Avenue and 1301 Ryawa Avenue, according to property records. The warehouses span a total of 117,000 square feet across one block. MRP did not respond to a request for comment about their plans for the property.

Father-and-son development team Joshua and Jack Guttman bought a 10.5-acre development site in Hunts Point last year for $24 million, and Blumenfeld Development Group became the sole owner of the Hunts Point Mall last year after buying Prusik Group’s stake for $35.6 million.

In August, MRP bought a 88,000-square-foot self-storage facility in Port Morris for $19.1 million.
