Spielman Koenigsberg & Parker inked a 15-year lease for 27,000 square feet of office space at Rudin Management’s 1675 Broadway, the landlord told The Real Deal.
The accounting firm will move over from its current space at 1745 Broadway, where it has been subletting space from publisher Random House, in June 2018.
SL Green Realty’s Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen represented the tenant, while Rudin was represented in-house by Robert Steinman. With this deal Rudin has completed 700,000 square feet of new leases, renewals and expansions at the office tower over the past three years, the company said.
Rudin built the 35-story, 850,000-square-foot tower in 1989. Advertising giant Publicis Groupe occupies 605,000 square feet.
