Joe Moinian, who’s at work developing a temple to commerce in Hudson Yards, is planning to build an actual temple in Midwood.

The Iranian Jewish developer filed plans with the city Department of Buildings to construct a five-story home for the Persian Congregation of Flatbush spanning 27,573 square feet at 1711 Coney Island Avenue.
