The reality star’s first listing as an agent will be her own fourth-floor co-op apartment, which she plans to list for around $10 million, the New York Post reports. The 2,600-square-foot unit is in the Police Building at 240 Centre Street in Little Italy. As the name suggests, the 55-unit building, built in 1905, was once the city’s police headquarters. Bensimon has been trying to sell the apartment, which is in the name of her ex-husband Bensimon Gilles, for a while. in 2013, it was on the market as a rental for $20,000 a month.

Bensimon’s newest career will add to an already colorful resume, which includes TV star, jewelry designer and model. [NYP]Chava Gourarie
