Raymond Floyd knocked $5 million off the listing price of his Southampton estate. Mulligan, as the Captains Neck Lane property is known, hit the market for $24.995 million in August, but the golf legend lowered the price to $19.5 million, Curbed reported. The compound has some 14,000 square feet of living space on more than three-acres with a pool, tennis court and guest house. Bruce and Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing. [Curbed]
