On Thursday, real estate’s top dealmakers flocked to the New York Hilton in Midtown for the industry’s signature social event of the year — the Real Estate Board of New York’s annual gala. Before heading into the banquet, The Real Deal caught up with REBNY’s John Banks, L&L MAG’s MaryAnne Gilmartin and more industry pros to get a sense of where the market is headed, their thoughts on the male-to-female ratio in the room and more.
