Vince Camuto’s Water Mill estate has been on and off the market for 10 years, and now it has reportedly found a buyer. The 19th-century mansion known as Villa Maria was listed with Bespoke Real Estate for $72 million, but the final sale price and the new owner of the 15-acre property on Mecox Bay are not yet known. The Nine West co-founder — who died in 2015 — and his wife Louise bought the estate in 2005 for $35 million and did a massive renovation before listing it in 2008 for $100 million. [WWD]
