Hotelier Ian Schrager is seeking to sell his West Village apartment for $10.75 million.
The three-bedroom apartment spans the entire third floor of 176 Perry Street, one of two Richard Meier- designed towers between Perry Street and Charles Lane. Douglas Elliman’s Dennis Mangone, Madeline Hult Elghanayan and Kirk Rundhaug are handling the listing, according to Mansion Global.
Schrager purchased the apartment in 2002 for an undisclosed sum. He tried selling the 3,750-square-foot unit back in 2014 for $16 million.
Schrager, who co-founded Studio 54, recently went into contract to sell a $51 million penthouse at his luxury condo building at 160 Leroy Street in the West Village. The unit was originally set to be part of a massive $80 million penthouse in the building, but Schrager decided to split the condo into two smaller units. The smaller of the units went into contract for $31.5 million. [Mansion Global] — Kathryn Brenzel
