Two homes on a three-acre plot in East Hampton were once home to a Tony-award winning actress, Phyllis Newman, and her composer husband Adolph Green. The two homes — which are listed for a combined $11.8 million but can be bought seperately —offer a total of 9,148 square feet with seven beds, eight baths and two half baths. Martha P. Gunderson of Brown Harris Stevens is the agent on the property. [27East]
