East Quogue golf course proposal could face zoning roadblock

A plan for a golf course in East Quogue could violate current zoning rules, according to critics. The developers, Discovery Land Company, had previously proposed a golf course on the plot, but that was shot down. The current plan, like the one before, would include 118 homes and a nearly 600-acre golf course.
