A 7,360-square-foot estate estate on nearly 1.5 acres of beachfront in Bridgehampton has hit the market for $42.5 million, Curbed reported. Built in 2011, it was bought three years ago for $27.5 million before undergoing $10 million renovation (which coincidentally had been done by now-deceased contractor Ben Krupinski). The seven-bedroom home, which features eight full and two half bathrooms, also boasts a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, an infinity pool, limestone floors, panoramic views of both Sag Pond and the Atlantic. Compass’ Ed Petrie, James Petrie and Charles Forsman are the agents on the listing. [Curbed]
