Built in 2011, it was bought three years ago for $27.5 million before undergoing $10 million renovation (which coincidentally had been done by now-deceased contractor Ben Krupinski). The seven-bedroom home, which features eight full and two half bathrooms, also boasts a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, an infinity pool, limestone floors, panoramic views of both Sag Pond and the Atlantic.
