Steven Kantor lists Trump World Tower triplex for $39M
Former Cantor Fitzgerald exec bought the combined units for $14.65M
Colony S2K’s Steven Kantor has put his Trump World Tower unit on the market for $39 million.
Kantor, formerly of Cantor Fitzgerald, bought the three units for a total of $14.65 million in 2010 and 2011, according to public records. The units, at 845 United Nations Plaza, were combined to span 7,500 square feet.
Douglas Elliman’s Liza Nematnejad and Sandy Scheinman have the listing.
The unit on the 82nd floor has views of Central Park, the East River, the United Nations, according to the listing. It also includes a temperature-controlled wine room and over $1 million in audio visual technology.
Kantor was formerly at Credit Suisse before co-founding the commercial real estate arm at Cantor Fitzgerald. He’s now chief executive officer at Colony S2K, which provides financial services including credit asset management and advisory.
