Developers buy Darien campus for $4.9M with plans to renovate, rebrand

A pair of developers have shelled out $4.9 million for the Darien Green office campus, according to the Fairfield County Business Journal. The campus includes a 50,182-square-foot office building and a 29,105-square-foot office building, both of which are on Boston Post Road. The new owners, Fletcher Development, of Redding, and Silver Heights Development, of Westport, plan to upgrade the entire campus and rename it Darien Crossing. “We see this as a blank canvas, and as such, there is great opportunity to differentiate ourselves and to bring something unique to the market,” one of the new owners said. [FBJ]
