A developer hopes to build an 8,300-square-foot industrial building at a corporate park in Sandy Hook, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. Bethel-based 3 Turnberry Lane LLC filed an application for the building with Newtown’s Planning and Zoning Commission. The proposed building at Curtis Corporate Park would house four tenants, including Lawn Doctor LLC, according to the outlet. 3 Turnberry Lane LLC bought the lot that the building would rise on a few months ago for $130,000.
