Getty Images, the international photo and multimedia agency, will move its New York offices further downtown to 195 Broadway in the Financial District.

The company, which is currently based at One Hudson Square, will take the entire 42,000-square-feet 10th floor at the 29-story building, according to the New York Post. There it will join tenants Omnicom, the advertising conglomerate and building’s anchor tenant and Nobu, who has the retail space on the ground floor.

The landmarked building, owned by L&L Holding Company, served as the headquarters for AT&T for much of the 20th century. In February, Omnicom expanded its lease in the building to 288,000-square feet and extended it for another 15 years. In that deal, asking rents were $65 per square foot, according to sources.
