The onetime home of railway executive Hunter Harrison has taken another price chop, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. The 87-acre property in Ridgefield hit the market in 2014 with a $55 million price tag, but was asking $49.9 million by August 2016, according to the outlet. Now, the estate — which includes a 12,000-square-foot house built in 2009, a second, 18th century house, stables for 43 horses and indoor and outdoor jumping rings — is asking $33 million. Harrison, who died last year, purchased the estate for $12 million in 2005. [FBJ]
