Mixed-use building in Huntington sold for $6.2M

Cosentino Realty Group bought a mixed-use building in Huntington that was completed in 2016 for $6.2 million. The building has 10 apartments and about 3,500 square feet of office space leased to Huntington Professional Suites, Long Island Business News reported. The building that previously stood on the site burned down in March 2014. Chip Entwistle and Gurpreet Singh of ACC Space represented both Cosentino and the seller, 425 NYA LLC, which is controlled by by Michael Ambrosino.
