David Koch and his wife Julia have been revealed as the mystery buyers of a $40.25 million townhouse sold by real estate mogul Joseph Chetrit.

The 15,000-square-foot home was bought earlier this month and paid for in cash, according to the New York Post. It is one of three townhouses Chetrit is selling at 110 to 118 East 76th Street.

The home, which is the largest of the trio of mansions, was originally listed for $51 million.
