Another ‘Sand Castle’ up for sale, priced at $20M in Quogue

A 14,014-square-foot home built in 2010 hit the market for $19.9 million, Curbed reported. The Quogue home, which has been dubbed “Sand Castle,” has 14 bathrooms, nine bedrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, home gym, a double-height entry foyer and multiple balconies. This Sand Castle should not be confused with developer Joe Farrell’s storied Bridgehampton home that has the same name. The Quogue home sits on 3.25 acres with ocean access. On the grounds is a heated gunite pool with a retractable cover, an outdoor kitchen and an all-weather tennis court. The home had been listed for $24.95 million in 2014, but came off the market two years later without selling, according to Zillow records.
