Both the pool and carriage houses have two bedrooms each, in addition to sitting rooms, fireplaces and kitchenettes. Outside, the compound has a Deco Turf tennis court, gunite pool, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, two perfolas and a grill. Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty is handling the listing.
