The three-story main house has a double-height entry foyer, multiple fireplaces, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, elevator, wine cellar, home movie theater, gym and steam room in addition to other amenities. Both the pool and carriage houses have two bedrooms each, in addition to sitting rooms, fireplaces and kitchenettes. Outside, the compound has a Deco Turf tennis court, gunite pool, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, two perfolas and a grill. Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty is handling the listing.
