Newly-built Sag Harbor home sells for $5.4M

A home that was completed in 2017 sold for $5.4 million after initially coming on the market for $6.25 million, according to Curbed. The 3.65-acre property, which is located midway between Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton, has a 6,050-square-foot home with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a double-height living room. The kitchen has a butler’s pantry and the master suite has five rooms, including a bedroom, sitting room with a fireplace, a heated marble bathroom, a dressing room, and a walk-in closet. Elsewhere on the property there is a three-story, three-car garage that also has a kitchenette and bathroom. A pool house has a powder and dressing room. The property also includes a heated gunite pool, a spa, and a tennis court.
