After only a month on the market, an oceanfront home in Westhampton has found a buyer, Curbed reported. The one-acre property had listed in October for $6.599 million with Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman. The property last sold for $1.911 million in 2015 when it was only an empty lot. Since then, the property gained a 5,000-square-foot home with six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a vaulted foyer, and a gourmet kitchen. The property also has a balcony off its master suite, as well as 100 feet of ocean frontage, a gunite pool, and decks. [Curbed]
