Douglas Elliman Property Management came out on top in TRD's latest rankings

Between them, the five biggest property managers in Manhattan service over 110,000 apartment units, according to The Real Deal‘s latest ranking. But there was a change at the top this year, with Douglas Elliman Property Management leapfrogging last year’s largest residential manager, FirstService Residential.
