Flexible office company Knotel continued its expansion across Manhattan, signing three new leases for a combined 80,000 square feet in Chelsea.
The biggest deal is the firm’s 51,000 square feet at the Rosen family’s 27 West 23rd Street property, where Knotel will occupy the second and third floors and share the building with liquor company Eldrington.
It will also take 21,736 feet at Bonafide Estate’s 41 and 45 West 25th Street, and 6,044 square feet at Savanna’s 31 West 27th Street.
Founded in 2015 by Amol Sarva and Edward Shenderovich, Knotel has grown to more than 2 million square feet and 100 locations and recently announced plans to launch in Brazil.
Skylight Leasing’s Elie Reiss represented the tenant in both deals. Olmstead’s Danny Breiman represented the landlord at 27 West 23rd Street. At 41 West 25th Street, CBRE’s Neil King, Alexander Golod and Georgina Cook represented the landlord.
Newmark Knight Frank’s Michael Morris and Greg Digioia represented the tenant in the Savanna deal, while CBRE’s King, Patrice Meagher, Paul Amrich, and Meghan Allen represented the landlord.
