The home at 289 Noyack Road had previously been priced at almost $7 million.The 5,200-square-foot home sits on 1.2 acres and has six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a floating staircase with glass railings, hardwood floors and an open floorplan. Sliding glass doors open to a deck outside with a pool. The home also has a private dock on North Sea Harbor.
