Waterfront home in Southampton has price cut to $6.5M

A newly-built waterfront home in Southampton that had been taken off the market in October is now up for sale again, but with its price slashed to nearly $6.5 million, according to Curbed. The home at 289 Noyack Road had previously been priced at almost $7 million.The 5,200-square-foot home sits on 1.2 acres and has six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a floating staircase with glass railings, hardwood floors and an open floorplan. Sliding glass doors open to a deck outside with a pool. The home also has a private dock on North Sea Harbor. Compass Real Estate’s Karen Benvenuto and Saunders & Associates’ Linda Perillo have the listing. [Curbed]
