Over the past week, New York City saw plenty of eye-catching residential deals. Take Shaun Donovan and Liza Gilbert: the former HUD secretary and his landscape-designer wife picked up a carriage house in Brooklyn for $2.3 million. And one hedge fund co-founder passed on his Lenox Hill coop to another hedge funder — for $9.5 million.

But those weren’t the only transactions this week. Here’s are some other notable sales from around the city.

      1. Treacy Gaffney, formerly a portfolio manager at GoldenTree Asset Management LP, and her husband Todd Gaffney took a price cut when they sold their Tribeca townhouse at 75 Warren Street for $12.95 million. Per StreetEasy, the home was listed in June for about $15.75 million. Curbed New York reported that in 2015 it was on the market for a smidge under $20 million. The buyer was anonymous, 75 Warren Street Holding, LLC.
      2. Jeisa Chiminazzo, a Brazilian model, sold a two-bedroom Tribeca apartment for $2.9 million. The buyer of 53 Warren Street, #4 was listed as Meredith Dawson. Chiminazzo has been on many international Vogue covers and modeled for fashion designers like Victoria’s Secret, DKNY and Alexander McQueen. Douglas Elliman had the listing.
      3. Sirius XM exec Dara Altman and husband Michael Lennon sold their three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot space in the Fitzgerald at 201 West 74th Street for $4.8 million. The buyers were listed as Elisabetta Bartoloni and Andrew Castaldo. The Corcoran Group’s Laurie Lawrence had the listing.
