Mark your calendars: These are NYC’s top real estate events next week

February will start strong with this group of real estate events!

On Feb. 6, Anchin is hosting its 5th Annual Construction & Development Forum from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m at the New York Academy of Sciences, 250 Greenwich Street. Attend for a chance to network and hear from the tri-state area’s senior development and construction leaders. The keynote speaker will be Steve Witkoff, CEO of Witkoff Group, with other speakers including Ali Chaundry of AECOM and Carlos Scissura of the New York Building Congress.

From Feb. 7 to Feb. 8, IMN is hosting its 2nd Annual Middle-Market Multifamily Forum at New York Marriott Downtown, 85 West Street. Come for networking opportunities, along with panel discussions from professionals that focus on creating success in smaller and mid-sized operations. Speakers will include names such as Russell Appel of Praedium Group and David Blatt of CapStack Partners.

Also on Feb. 7, REDinNYC is hosting a networking event from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at PHD Rooftop, 355 W 16th Street. REDinNYC’s networking events are a chance to connect with professionals in the real estate sphere, with previous guest speakers including David Schwartz of Slate Property Group and Joe Berko of Berko & Associates.
